Our end-to-end production process begins with imported pure 99% copper scrap, which undergoes rigorous cleaning, refining, and melting in induction furnaces to ensure purity and conductivity. The refined copper is cast into ingots and further processed in our in-house copper re-rolling mill—a key differentiator that enables us to produce uniform rods, wire-ready materials, and bus bar stock with complete process control.
Every stage of manufacturing, from wire drawing to bus bar production, is carried out under strict quality assurance, ensuring compliance with international standards for electrical conductivity, chemical purity, mechanical strength, and surface finish.
